I just wanted to pass on our appreciation to yourself and your staff at the Spitroast.com for catering at my daughter’s wedding on Saturday. Firstly, thank-you for your guidance and professionalism helping to select meal options and all the communication we had prior to the event, relating to the venue, and then on the day dealing with the torrential weather that we encountered. Your friendly staff knew exactly what to do, they demonstrated outstanding skills throughout the event, setting up, cooking, interacting with guests, serving the meal, collecting plates and cutlery, then finally filling containers with the leftovers. Their professional manner just helped take away any pressures for us during the event.

The food was amazing, the meats were mouthwatering and the salads complementary to the meats we had selected, not forgetting the tasty gravy that many guests complimented on too.

I would have no hesitation to recommend your company for any future events and wish you all the very best in the future of your business. Spitroast.com are just superb!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the event on Friday evening.

The guys made everything so simple and easy (even helping us with a last minute dash to put a make shift roof over the deck for the rain!), and everyone was commenting on how delicious the food was. The hosts were both really pleased with how everything went. We thought you guys provided excellent value, and a really brilliant event. We will definitely keep you in mind for future events, and I will be recommending you to others!

Good morning James,
What an amazing spread of delicious food arrived on Saturday.

Nick was great at setting it all out, making sure the correct sauce was with the correct meat etc, very polite and courteous, an excellent face to the company.

The salads were delicious even without the onions!! Thanks to the chefs for catering for those needs and for the scrumptious stuffed peppers as the vegetarian option, I did it hard to keep my hands off them!!! The pork was outstanding and the horseradish sauce, wow, there seemed to be seconds for that even without the beef.

The potatoes didn’t arrive, however with all the other delicious selections I don’t think they were missed.

The desserts, well I think we may be eating them for a day or two yet, very delicious all the same.

James, thank you for the excellent service and food, you have been brilliant to deal with in the lead up to Saturday, there is no doubt you have our recommendation going forward. I gave your card to two of our guests, so here’s hoping they follow through at some stage.

Our compliments to the chefs also.
